Shipping
Orders placed before 4pm EST ship out within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Your tracking number will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped! Track your order on our order tracking page.
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Subscription based orders always ship free with 20% off your first order and 10% off all future orders! For non-subscription orders, shipping is a flat rate.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the link provided below to track your shipment:
BONVIE ships internationally via UPS or US Postal Service International First Class Package Service. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments.

Returns
We won’t take it personally (OK, we might), but if you are unhappy with the product, we'll refund your first order in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked! Email team@bonvielabs.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer support team will assist you with your return. Please note that return shipping costs and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, as long as you have used less than 1/4 of the product, we will happily accept your return. Please note that return shipping costs and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If any items are destroyed or damaged when you receive your order, email team@bonvielabs.com with your order number and a photo of the items, and we will send you a replacement right away.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Product Questions
Yes, we’ve performed clinical trials on patients over years of practice, in addition to lab testing. BONVIE has never and will never condone animal testing of any kind.
We do not use any animal products in any of our products. We do not perform or condone animal testing of any kind.
Our products have a 2-5-year best buy (not expiration) date, while some are 2 years. Check your specific product for its expiration date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, Afterpay and e-gift cards issued in USD.
Subscriptions
To subscribe to a product, first make sure that you have a BONVIE account and that you are signed in. Once signed in, navigate to the desired product page and select which products you wish to purchase, you will select “Subscribe” and adjust your subscription frequency to your liking. You can repeat this process for multiple items on one order prior to checking out.
Of course! You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do require any changes or cancellations made at least three days prior to your next order date. Please note, if you wish to cancel an order less than three days prior to your ship date, BONVIE is unable to cancel or issue a refund. We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates five days prior to the scheduled ship date. That being said, this is sent as a courtesy and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription.
